I am def open to moving on to be a female trainer at some point. I figure the industry is always in need of them. I decided to go with Swift at this time. I am heading to orientation 4/30, but will keep researching other Companies in the mean time just incase I overlooked something.

Pretty sure Regency requires experience. I used to see their trucks parked at the truckstop in Merrimack, NH. all the time so I got curious and checked their website.

Go ahead and get some favors. In this business, if you got someone that can help you, take advantage of it. It may not be around for ever. Then someday, when you need a favor, and that person is gone, what will you do??pjay Thanks this.

At Swift, if I am not mistaken, after about 3 months of driving for them, they will ask you if you have any interest in becoming a trainer.
Do your very best from the start.
Good luck to you.pjay Thanks this. -
Thanks Gizmo Man!
I sure will do my best, and do everything I can to stay safe!
