Try Ram Trucking in Brownsville, Or. You keep your trailer and equipment all the time. No swappin trailers unless its an emergency for one run. You will get your trailer back asap. Pay is competitive. I was glad when System Transport turned me down and RAM hired me. Stayed there 6 years. I remember driving by System's yard in French Camp and laughing thanking the good Lord. Petes vs Freightshakers? Air ride lightweight aluminum spreads vs non air ride heavy steel trailers? The company is owned by two truckers. Well, Good Luck where ever you end up. Drive safe.

Central Oregon Truck Company hires out of California. They are a good company to work for. They get you home on a regular basis. They started a new pay package this week. New drivers are starting at 40-42 cpm depending on their experience. On top of that they pay for tarping 30 bucks. They have full benefits paid for too. Decent people to work for, treat you like family.

Smokey Point Distributors out of Arlington, WA.
We have a terminal in Pamona and a lot of drivers who run just I-5 or you can run all over the country. Lots of options and 90% of our freight is aviation and a lot of that is light. I'm sitting under an oversized from Kansas that weighs all of 7,000#. We pull flats, steps, rgns, quick draws & curtain sides and a few of the teams pull vans.
My last paycheck for 2 weeks was $3233.25 for 2 weeks and I was home in Kansas for 3 days.
If your interested PM me and I'll get you a direct line to the person you need to start with and more information.
