If you can't make fun of your own company then you are too uptight.

My company is full of lazy whiny overpaid pieces of crap.:yes2557:

Hell, all LTL companies are full of those type people.

Your truck will pull better than mine, you get all the good loads, I don't get enough hours/miles, you took my run, my sets are never hooked up, but yours always are, why do I have to sit and wait at every terminal, I had to pull an extra load and you went home, ect, ect, ect...

But you're the one making fun of them, not HIM!!! It's a shame that people have to come to other's threads and trash them...

AT, keep up the good work!!!

    Really? :biggrin_25523:

LTL isnt for everyone and I highly doubt every single LTL outfit is better than everything else...

Our terminal is what they call a "activity center" we have like 10-15+ terminals just in NC, and a bunch more in all the states around us, everynight drivers from the small terminals bring stuff to ours and it gets reworked on the dock (hence the cross dock) so im assumeing thats why its so big. Now our Burlington, NC terminal is just as big, and they are a end line terminal (dead end) so the terminal size might just be whatever they happen to buy.

We have 50 or so doors that ive never seen a truck in. I've heard our Atlanta terminal is bigger then ours too.

i think he means pay wise, i dont many Truckload carriers that pay $100,000+ to a driver that goes home everyday and has weekends and holidays off, but i know a bunch of LTL companies that do.

Also as far as linehaul (in my short experience) there is little to no work involved for all that money
