I see that most of the lease guys have Cascadia's with a few Pete's in the mix. Does anyone drive a KW? I'm interested in hearing from someone with a KW.
Does it ride any better than the others?
What's the mileage like?
Any problems?
Thanks
What do you drive?

Prime quit ordering the KWs and is retiring them ASAP. There is a problem hooking up the APUs in the ltwts. I don't know if they have any full size KWs.

We do have a few fullsize T700s, but theyre all L/O

1. Sure they ride better... they're heavier than snot.
2. No idea.

You can replace the stock shocks with Gabriel gas magnums. $50 per.

Centramatics do a great job of smoothing out the ride, but more importantly they increase your tire life.
silenteagle Thanks this. -
My TNT guy has the Centramatics and I could tell the difference from my trainer's truck. They're both the same year but the the TNT guy's had 400K, my trainers only had 185K. Huge difference in ride quality.

problem with kw's well about 100.00 more a week, thats 5,200 bucks a year less in income for what advantage?
oh yeah my buddy drives a pete swears by it and teases me abiut my FL. of course in the last year he has broken down 3 times once on a saturday and twice on friday just past 1700. couldn't get a dealer til monday. at least FL has service points at most ta's -
The biggest disadvantage I see with the Paccar products is their weight. I did a repower last week from a guy with a Pete. He futzed with the tandems and fifth wheel for an hour to get it right. I hooked my FL on, and that was the end of it.
