They do flowers coming out Florida and van loads going into FL. Some loads going into FL are reefer though. They do have a contract that you are required to sign if do not stay with the company for a year. You must pay back all training fees including fuel. Comes out to 20K as I did the calculations myself.

My advice is to go with Conway or Prime Inc.

KH, Thanks! Conway is looking pretty good. I've talked to them and have some time to decide.

Yes I am serious as they have a good training program. Who else would you rec besides the ones mentioned?? I am curious to see if Oakley is hiring students. OV104, if Gemini fueling, the tanker division of Loves, I'd put in an application with them. It's easy work. Theres a member on here that does it. Also, I can supply you a list of local companies that might be hiring if you would like.

Last January I spoke with an Oakley recruiter in Winter Haven. He told me all new hires need to have a minimum 1 year experience.

Bikerdave, how'd your adventures in Texas turn out? If it's posted somewhere else on here sorry for not seeing it, there's a lot of Texas oil field threads.
