    I have question for you guys

    I'm driving for Werner for just 3 weeks after they training me about 5 weeks (275 hours) they pay me not good $500 dollar for 2500 to 3000 mi...?

    my question is 3 months experience with Werner is begin from I get a truck and drive as solo or from the first day Werner hired me for training?

    if you have to count the days you made a poor choice in companies and your new get used to it when they said .26 cents per mile or whatever how many miles = $1000.
    but to your question i believe days start counting as you solo on your own

    if u wanna be technical realistically your experience starts as soon as u step in a truck at cdl school. but as soon as ur training starts your getting real experience, be a sponge dude..
