they are hiring out of TN right now and I put in my app when they told me Chattanooga was a good place for them. Lots of negatives on this thread but when I look at their BASIC information, I seem to see a whole lot of stuff that is brought on by the drivers, not the company. I also see improvement in the past 4 months in most categories so I guess the DOT pressure is working to some extent. Granted, speeding and log book violations could be the result of pressure from dispatch but I don't see anyone in this thread making that accusation? Maybe they did a lot of bad hiring of dumb drivers (logs not current, over hours, citations for speeding, lane changes etc NOT in the control of the company but directly the result of the driver's choices).
I like the idea of long hauls for solos if that might be a possibility but if there are any current drivers that would chime in here about the current status of the company and the freight, I'd like to hear it here or by PM, thanks, bruceb.

I worked for DTA in Granite a while back, they had new Petes then. Dont know what their rollin with now days. I was a mechanic in the garage. I got the flu a week before Christmas, and they fired me for missing 3 days of work. I guess the foreign country the owner is from doesnt value family like we do.

I talked to a recruiter at Dynamic today and she faxed me an app. I like the lanes they run and am thinking about going over to Dynamic. There don't seem to be many threads on this company, and the ones I found are pretty short. If there are any current Dynamic drivers that can give me some more info on Dynamic, I'd sure appreciate it.
