All older trucks mostly been rebuilt. I took an 07 with 100k on rebuild. The old truck's have fridge/freezer from pete. When it goes you replacd it yourself or use it for storage. New truck's have battery apu all trucks have bunk heaters as well.. older trucks have mechanical apu wjen arbetter especially to watch tv run microwave and keep r batts charged.. petsand riders require a deposit. Next few months every reefer will be brand new. Half just about are amd the other half are rolling in. They used to run north west a #### ton but not as much as before. They still gor butr its not every other load thanks to gordon trucking..Dispatch is cool as ####..if you run and dont complain you will like it here.. load around st lou goto cali or northwest or idaho utah area and come back in 2 loads. Alot of st lou to weat tx then nm cheese to ky. Laid back company if you keep door shut and roll.

 

Whats hometime? Paper logs? Ez pass pre pass? Direct deposit? Breakdown pay?

 

Yea theres breakdown if your down a day..if you stay out 14 you can take 3-4 off... good hometime no ezpass prepass but has an Oklahoma pike pass.. yes direct deposit and its paper logs..some people goto coast come back and go home.. out 7-10 home 2-4.. laid back as long as you run hard. Sometimes long wait at produce huts to load but welcome to reefer

 

it dosen't hurt to spell out the whole word not unless your getting charged by the letter...

 

Driving and typing on a phone is hard

 

You know what else I bet is hard? Sitting in a court room, in front of a judge listening to your sentence for prison time, because of a fatal wreck that was caused by texting and driving.

 

Come on dude texting and driving is illegal. I had to come up with something.. after a 780mi day who feels like typing everything out..

 

Y'all still running paper logs? What y'all governed at?

 

I work at Dynamic at this time and must say that alot of the commits on this thread sound like some of the drivers we had that thought that we should babysit them every step of the way.

All the office personel work hard and do their best for the drivers. If a driver sits, most of the time it's because they didn't communicate with the dispatch/driver managers OR messed around and didnt make their delivery appt on time and had to sit because the appt had to be rescheduled.

We are not perfect, of course because we are human. Please remember that.

I happen to love working there and enjoy talking to most of the drivers we have.

If you are willing to run, can plan your hours/miles accordingly and don't need a mommy to take care of you, you will do fine at this company
