London KY truck center. Just down the road for my 0500 delivery. things are getting tight to get me back to sprimo. Might have to deadhead all the way, or drop the trailer somewhere and bobtail. I am not missing another VA surgery appt.

 

Apparently, Cargill doesn't want to work tomorrow, so JCW is beating feet to Marshal, MO for a now 12.4k load that NOW has 2 drops. One in OH and one in PA. I hope the loading and then the running of the load goes more smoothly than the load assignment did.

The appointment was sent as 0700 tomorrow and DDT at 1801 on Sunday w/ ONE drop in OH on 5/1 at 0300. It's now beat feet and get there and load. Drop in OH on Mon and PA on Tuesday. This is all happens as JCW is headed toward Marshall....

 

Sounds like sales screwed up again.... Not a surprise...

 

Rip Griffin's in Lubbock. Had dinner with Tnet and Joe - both lookin' good. They're both doing local P&D and the regional runs for their employer. Started out as an "in-between job" before going on to other things, but they've decided it's working well enough to stick to it.

Heading up to Plainview (figures, but pays well) tomorrow for drops in Hutchinson KS and Sioux City IA.

 

Rifle CO, lots of construction on I70 really put a hurting on my clock today. Only 7:45 min left available to drive tomorrow, ill be lucky if I make it to the Nevada border.

Got call from owner after great Mexican lunch..."ummm yeah, load wont be here till tommorow say 4....***IN MY MIND SAYING 4AM***PM"
