US carrier heading into Canada questions.. what do I need?

Mandatory July this year for BC, but it is okay to use now.

I just bought a book of them and only use them on the days when I am in Canada. I can't find "english only" inspection books and I don't want that french crap.

Use to be able to get them at STAPLES ( Office Depot ) product is by BLUELINE and # DCB252 Daily Vehicle Inspection and is carbonless duplicate.

Does anyone know if you have a sealed record if it would show up on your arrest record at the border?

 

Yes. Customs has access to everything the RCMP has ever recorded about you, even pardons. Whether it will affect your crossing is merely up to their discretion. If you want to ensure it won't get a FAST card and the interview will allow you to discuss it before you try to cross.
