Some of the newer dry vans are 13'-6". Student of mine just went through the tunnel with a dry van, but only because it was one of the newer ones marked 13-6

I am not sure the brand new ones are 13'6". I do know that there are some that are 13'6". The only dry van I ever had over Vail pass was a 13'6". I would like to take Loveland pass at least once in the summer time though, just to say I have done it :)

Well, when I say newer, I mean something newer than those old crappy 5100 series dry vans. The ones where the pins and rails are bent ;-)

The 6300 series of dry vans are 13' 6". They were used back easy for a while for a specific customer, but that account went south or something. At least that is what my DM told me as far as their use. I did Loveland back in November. Lots of snow all around, but the road was bare and dry. Lucky me.

You're a bunch of sissies. I go over Loveland pass quite a bit and it's not the huge monster you are all making it out to be. :)

there are no sissys here, just careful drivers. I have been over loveland pass several times too, not too tough in the summer, but in the winter it can kill you. please be careful, i dont need someone with an over confident ego taking me over the side of the mountain with them. thanx O1cblue
