I don't mind the short loads. They usually pay well. But that only works if
    1. You don't load on a Saturday and deliver on a Monday on a load going 128 miles, even if it does pay $528.00
    2. You don't have to wait over 36 hours or more to reload
Anyway at the "J" in Jarrell, TX(otherwise known as THE bus stop on I-35)...sittin/waitin...

How many folks do you know who WANT to work on Sunday? Typically you want to be empty early Friday to load something from that day's freight. If if bleeds over into Saturday, you're getting leftovers. Just the way it is.

NO! Say it ain't so!!! You ran into Mt Shasta??!!! :biggrin_2559:

Lehi Truck Stop I81 X195 Stole the last spot in here from a Conway pulling doubles... He shouldve moved faster. Completely out of hours. Tried three different places to get a spot, this was my second to last resort.
