Husker, Brian's going to be a can jockey for a mega about as mega as they get. Apparently only 18 drivers for that particular local hub, though.

Got him off the truck at the house today. I happened to be close and have hours, so I grabbed him Monday night and we went down to Fremont to empty out my load down that way, and then back to Dakota City for a 2 dropper that I'm emptying out in the morning.

Then I go home for a couple of days off.

 

Thanks again sir! It was a great farewell trip. Mark showed me the green stamp bypass. I got to see 80 in PA from the passenger seat for once. And we solved all of America's problems!

How was Robosonia and Greencastle?

 

Robesonia pounded on my door at 0302, and I was out at 0445.

Greencastle took from 0815 to 1025...for half as much freight.

Now I'm running plastic pellets from Croydon, PA to Fargo with a 34 hour pit stop at home in the middle.

Where are you at in Salinas......T&A......Dole? Man I am truly jealous because I love that ride up the 101 once you get out of Hollywood! After I got done in Front Royal I bounced up to HP Hood in Winchester and am sitting at Target in Cedar Falls. Yesterday must not have been my day to drive at all! I stayed in Breezewood on Wednesday night since the turnpike was shut down between there and Bedford from a fatality accident. Thursday morning I got over by Washington, PA and 70 was closed so it was a zoo on the "truck friendly" detour & then to top it off when I was going through Indy I heard 74 was closed due to another accident but this time I knew a better way to take rather that the one they were advertising on the message boards going around the loop. Good thing I took that one because the advertised one linked up with the road I was on and when I went through the intersection traffic was backed up as far as the eye could see. You'd think that if a statedetours an entire interstates worth of traffic onto rural two lane highways they would have a trooper in the intersection directing traffic but not Indiana! Their troopers mustve been too busy writing speeding tickets for 1 MPH over the speed limit. After this I get the joy of a Tyson-Waterloo to QPI in Omaha and the if Tyson actually has the trlr loaded when they are supposed to I'm doing a Schuyler to Hopkins. Not real comfortable with Tyson controling me being able to do the load to Stupidvalu but maybe I'll get lucky..........or I'm an idiot for being optimistic.

Yes, there's a little BP just down the road from Hyvee in chariton. You'll See it off to your right where you'd make the left to go to hyvee. It's within shooting distance.
