I learned about the going from lease to company from two drivers that had just done that.

As for the per diem, I don't know since I'm not company.....but I do know that USX didn't put it on my W2 either and I ran for 2 years with them (learned this when I had my taxes looked at a couple of weeks ago by a new tax preparer). She had to get the amount from my last pay stub.

 

I'm considering leasing with Hirschbach. Any updates as to how things are going for you now?

WOW, I hear that Hirschbach is offering up to $ 10,000 dollars sign on bonus. The turn over in this company is very high. My husband and I are still hanging in there for now.

 

The sign on bonus is only a carrot.If you refer a driver,you get a free new truck,and.....free showers for life with a Harley at local participating truck stops in Canada.

 

Keep on hanging on, well you know as long as they're running you like team. If not keep on holding on the phone until you can reach someone to air your grievance.
