You know you are a professional driver when...

I am guilty of:

Pulling my right hand off the wheel and reaching for the stick when I hear first gear getting into the upper revs, in my automatic pickup.

Reaching for the keys to turn off the car, with my left hand.

And ya, feeling like I am going to get a huge fine when I hold my cell phone to my ear!

Truck driving really screws up you 4 wheeler driving.

When you wait for a half mile gap in traffic before pulling on to a road when you are in a 4 wheeler.

 

i get nervous bobtailing my big truck never feel i am turning the wheel in the right direction backing up

 

One thing I actually used to do was kill my running lights in my car whenever I pulled into a parking lot, like walmart, at night. That's one of my biggest pet peeves in a big truck!

 

I am guilty of not changing lanes, until there is more than a truck length gap.

Then remembering I am bobtailing...

I take on/off ramps below the speed limit.

I look for pull throughs in the parking lot at the grocery store

I reach for my rewards card when fueling

 

There has been a few times when i was bobtail, i would look in the mirror and freak for a second thinking what happened to the trailer.

 

My Dodge I had was equipped with a Pacbrak, sounded just like the big boys, stopped about as quick with it also.

 

Cracking your head every time you get in or out, until you FINALLY realize you are NOT getting into/out of your truck. . .

 

Guilty on all charges
