OK, so when I turn the flashers left or right there is no click-click anymore. When the air pressure is too low it should be a warning sound but is nothing anymore.
I took the dash out and the whole dashboard is encapsuled so I cannot open to see anything inside.
Well, I've been told to replace the whole dash.
    Now comes the question:
If I buy a dash from Volvo dealer and I replace it myself do I need the VCAD to program it afterall or as soon I plug the cables I'm good to go?
Coz I prefer to do it myself then pay Volvo one hour labour. But if there is a must to calibrate it after replacing I may have no chance.
    Anyone changed it ?

yes, you need. But you can order dasgboard programmed with yout VIN. Dealers in Europe do it. And any ECU may be delivered programed for your truck

The true is that dealers want additional money for pre programmed units

stupid question...did you check your fuse box? It might be a 40 AMP MAXI fuse about 3rd from the windshield. Test them for circuit, not just look, last time when my burn out gave me a headache till i found what is wrong.
You did not mention year of your truck, so i use my knowledge of mine 2001.

one more advice. remove dashboard cover and find small speaker. Sometomes soldering is damaged with vibrations and try to resolder speaker. Check its resistance for open circuit. To change beeper is much cheaper

I just put everything back after I dismembered the dash. I took all the screws and I disassembled the dash till I took the electronics out. Well, bad news. There is no way that speaker can be repaired or such. It is a very weird modern speaker and is all encapsuled. It has three legs that goes into the electronics motherboard and that's it. Nothing to fix or even to see what is wrong with.
I will have to buy another dash. Final answer!
Anyway worth the try. It was instructive.
