Ok so go somewhere else.

 

The problem with usx is...they hire a bunch of kids & I mean 18 & yr olds along with college kids to dispatch..

They don't even know what the inside of the truck looks like much less know how to operate one...or even for that matter...barely have experience driving a car.

They've always been disfunctional & always will be!

 

Most usxpress drivers look like they have seen better days .....hang out ot any truck stop and watch them roll in and you think they are all just off skidrow! When inner city crime has lost its fun drive for usx press is what one of their drivers said in line one day just ahead of me.

 

Being a former driver doesn't mean your meant to be a dispatcher either ...

 

I almost went there...am pretty happy now that I turned them down

 

move Forward air treats teams well, but not much on singles, just stay away from quality leasing.

 

They just buy out companies when they need more drivers ... those are the ones that stay.

 

if you don't like it go down the road and drive for whoever. oh but wait you've been driving less than a year and driving for usx for 4 months so you realy don't know anything about the world of trucking do you...??

 

I;m thinking this is a good reason they are referred to as " USELESS EXPRESS"
