So had an oil sample done on this D13 at 13000 miles. Copper content of 2900. Reported extremely high. Had another done 6000 miles later and a reading of the same, 2900 - 3000 Contacted Volvo and was told that it's not uncommon as the oil cooler is leeching into the oil as the tubes aren't polished and it should dissipate. Run another cycle and sample again and if still high will change out oil cooler. Any one else experienced this? Volvo assures me that it is not a bearing, cam or main as this to them is not uncommon. Thoughts?
