    I've been approved for maverick for 2 weeks now but no training date yet is this normal? And I live about bout 20mins from the Gary terminal do you guys think I i will be able to get home time during the week in the regional division?

    They could just be waiting on a spot to open up to place you in. And do you know which region that you will be driving in yet? RAT? US? EXT? Flatbed? Glass? Temp Control?

    Regional flatbed is what im going for my recreiuter said I would be off most weekends, but since I'm so close to the Gary terminal I was wondering would I see any home time during the week? What is RAT, US, and EXT?

    I'm scheduled to start on June 17th which was 5 weeks out from when I was approved. I asked to be moved up if a slot becomes available.

    Give your recruiter a call and ask him!

    My guess is that you would have no more chance to get home during the week than any of us....but it could happen!
