Has anyone in here doing load for them , they are base in Cheyenne, WY ??? We doing load for them, and when we book a load, they told us we will get pay in 30 days or less if we fax them the POD. It had been almost 60 days already but we still haven't got our payment yet. We have tried to call them but always on voicemail and its always full. I even try to email them but never got a reply. I hope we don't lose this money. So is anyone in here ever working for them before and get pay from them??... And what can we do if they don't pay us??.. WE never have issue on payment except for this one, so not sure what to do.. Any advice or help is greatly appreciated!!

If you are not getting a response then file on bond NOW. If they are not going under then that will get their attention. If they are then you want to make your claim.

that's their bond, try to collect. you to call them and ask for the form. then you will need to send them your invoice, signed POD and signed rate confirmation. if the bond has already been used, then you will need to sue the shipper, as they are liable for payment if the above fails, the broker was their agent. if you're too busy to sue, then you will hire a company that specializes in this sort of thing, they typically charge 50-60% of the rate. I keep getting offeres from these sorts of collection companies on monthly basis.

Good luck to you in this, and let it be a lesson for you. A good businessman should choose very well who he deals with.

Thank you so much for the information and advice all. I just call that number to claim on their bond but no one answer but left message, hopefully they will respond soon. I hope we get our money back. It's ridiculous that all of our work are now wasted. It's a lesson to learn not to take anymore load from broker that not offering fuel advance or quick pay.

i doubt that we will get their bond as I was told from truckstop representative that they already have about $38000 of complaint on them. I guess my next step here is the shipper. You said that we can sue the shipper, i'm sorry for asking but do you know how we do that.. I mean do we call the shipper and ask if they have pay the broker on that particular load and goes from there?? and if hire a company to do this for us, do you have those company name and their phone number?? Again thanks so much for your advice and feedback.

BigDiesel, you obviously have no business sense. All brokers have a bond for this very reason and if the bond is not exhausted then they will get their money. I have never lost money on one of my loads and I have had plenty of brokers not want to pay me. They always ended up paying me one way or another whether they wanted to or not. All they have to do is file a small claims suit and sue both the broker and their bond. The insurance company who services their bond will pay and then they will go after the broker. Its very simple. Stop being a negative Nelly.:biggrin_25510:
