    There is no shortage of drivers, only a very high turn over rate. It's drivers going from company to company.

    Recently, a high Honcho with a major trucking company stated "There is no shortage of drivers, there is just a shortage of people who will work for what we can afford to pay".

    Sounds like he's setting a scheme to bring in more drivers from India:biggrin_2553:
