Now if an inspection was done, then yes the overweight ticket will show on the PSP.

Only tickets and warnings reported on a inspection report are included on the PSP.

How does information get into PSP? Is it only from MCMIS or will city police departments, county safety offices, and other enforcement agencies be able to add crash and inspection information?
PSP only contains MCMIS inspection and crash information that is uploaded to MCMIS by FMCSA federal staff and state partners.

Got a overweight last year in GA. Nothing on my psp or license .

However, it leaves out like a sitting duck to get nailed for an inspection

 

JBS is such a major joke. i get told by a lady that the JBS medical director says i gotta go another 30 days on this stupid cpap machine on may 3rd. i found out on may 5th they cancelled my insurance. so F*** JBS Carriers. may they rot in hell and be shut down by the federal government...

 

If you have a texas licence and get an overweight ticket it goes on your mvr, I KNOW ITS ON MINE LIKE I SAID! Yalls license mivht be different but in texas it counts,my personal auto ins agent wanted to know what it was since i told her my mvr was clean.

 

Yep on a lighter note im turning in an application in a few hrs to go back flatbeddin in a new shiny 389 loooong hood pete with full owner op specs pullin a alum spread with dump valve. Oh yeaaaa im moooooovin on up to tha east side! Lmafo!!!

 

guess what if the violation was written up on the uniform inspection form it will show on there, I guarantee you there was an inspection recorded with the citation, especially if it was in FLorida

 

I doubt it was a good decision though, I met the man, he seemed like a good guy, gave me a ride to the motel!
