set amount for a given range upto 300. 300 is the point when you make normal CPM. 25 or less is a flat $25. upto 50 is $1.00 a mile plus CPM 50-100 or 150 is .80c or .60c plus cpm. into the 200's its only another .20c. or .02 plus cpm I cant remember exactly.

Ok, so its a sliding scale

I got the flat $25 for 25 miles or less

Then its your regular mileage pay plus ....

    $1.00 for 26-50 miles

I got lost after that, sorry. So if you DH 50 miles and PU a load going 20 miles to an OC, do they still pay the flat $25? Or is it your combined loaded and empty miles that determine your extra pay?

if that DH is part of the dispatched load its a total miles paid.

sorry I confused you. I thought about saying just that, sliding scale, but you get the jist? each mileage range has its extra pay plus the normal cpm. At 300 miles its just your normal rate.

I'm sitting here in salt lake city UT area! Last week 2900 miles, this week looks like 1800 and maybe lay over pay if I don't get a load today:biggrin_25513:. Last week was in the Midwest and Texas, that is where the freight seems to be moving most these days, dunno, seems that way anyway!

I have to admit think I screwed my self out of a better load with more miles. Friday got a call from a different OC, I didn't recognize the number so I ignored it. Found out to late it was someone from SNI calling to see if wanted to take a different load that they thought would be better than one I had been assigned:biggrin_25521:(load I had was 400 miles up here to Ut and 3 days to deliver it) Live and learn, I saved number in my contacts now so i will know. Never had that happen before ?? Heads up! check your voice mail often ugghhhhhh!!!
