well hello i am a lawyer when i am not hauling chicken and chicken accessories and i believe we have a pretty good case against that dm carefull about that dispatcher word your not allowed to call them that anymore unless you are one of them and be really carefull if you finally lose it and attack that dm -- if you use that dispatcher word the courts will consider it a hate crime and you will get an extra 5 yrs besides the harrassment from the naadm (national association for the advancement of drivermanagers) but we can sue the company for 75 million or an easier way if you are from california we can get an order from the workers comp that any delivery before noon you would not be able to do because of the stress it causes you or if you want we can go for total disability and part of the settlement would be for the company to assign you a company truck and driver to take you anywhere yu want to gi
