Are you coming looking for work, or do you already have it lined up?

Heading out there to start work. Have a job with Trican.

Just wondering if work has commenced, or still slow due to spring break-up.

Good to hear. Things seem to be picking up so the timing is good.

Quick question re the living allowance when working for frac companies like Sanjel, Trican etc I am a little confused about relocating. I have a friend that has worked rigs for 7 years, and he refused to "Relocate" and he gets his flights home, living allowance etc. I am green and looking to get in so doesn't want to rock the boat saying I won't, but obviously am looking for some living assistance if it is available. I am curious for those already working if you have technically "relocated", and what most people do. I do understand that you are required to have accommodations close to the shop that you work out of, but don't know if they classify that as relocating.
