when did Link start a OTR division and who do i talk to to get into it.by the way i have worked here for a month now and spent 8 days in shops allready,where is all the newer equipment they have been talking about ,its sure not in Ft Worth.

 

Harley, talk to your DM about that. I'm hearing a lot of southeast drivers are now starting switching over to OTR..

I thought you SW guys were getting slammed with freight? They are begging for us SE drivers to run SW and are offering extra pay to do it. Hmmm...

 

Bigbrah, tell them Monday to give you another truck. Look at them first, right down numbersof what you want first down, then go in office and ask about them. That is what I did to get this one. This one runs way better than that Freightliner did. I'll run it in the ground before I ask for another one.

 

Anj I know what you mean. I had some wrenches thrown in that make me want to stay out for a few weeks, maybe months if this nonsense keeps up.

I noticed we are getting rid of trailers like crazy! I'm thinkingwe are getting a bunch of new ones soon. Last weekend, the yard was packed. It looked like everyone took the weekend off together, but shop was dead and looking for work. It was a good weekend to get all the small stuff fixed.

 

My truck probably was in the shopwhen u came through Anj. I was sitting in the breakroom kicking it with sexy red. I had to straighten the shop lead this afternoon because he came in office and use a racial slur..

But Shaggy, i like my truck, it's pretty decent they just screwed up my peoplenet till he just died. The took it apart trying to find out what my DM was talking about CUZ PEOPLENET SAID MY PN WAS WORKING GREAT...So now im down until they can put in another one..
