This CSA 2010 scares me too. My company only allows two speeding tickets. Or what they call "moving violations." So I would do whatever I could to have it reduced to some kind of non moving violation as a plea bargain. Now sometimes you can talk to the judge or the prosecutor and have it reduced yourself. Or take some kind of defensive driving course to have it off of your record. But I would never just pay it and go on. I would do whatever you could to have it reduced or thrown out. Either way your going to pay some kind of money for court cost, etc. Hire an attorney or whatever. It would be worth it in the long run. I had a speeding ticket reduced from 75/65 "10 over" to faulty equipment. Which was a non moving violation. My company only looks at the last 3 years on your driving record, but I've heard of some going back on the last 5 years. A speeding ticket don't sound like much but if you company switches insurance companies or you go somewhere else. That thing could come back to haunt you. Good Luck Driver!
