I carry two extra batteries with me at all times, plus have an extra 2 available. Also I have USB chargers so I can charge it while driving or using my laptop.

I just use a, you know, lighter plug charger? How can your phone possibly ever die?

you can't turn off gps.
you can't turn off bluetooth, since that's the only way you can use the phone now. you never know when the phone is gonna ring.
my phone stays plugged into the charger. that's the only solution. no need to buy a bigger battery. -
Keeping it constantly plugged in overtime will ruin the battery and u will not get as much juice out of it

Lithium ion batteries could care less if you leave them plugged in or drain them completely. It's one of the big draws to them.
They are picky about how they are charged which is why they aren't used in some items. -
Ike MN driver said, the leaving them plugged in thing is a myth. Their life is determined by how many discharge cycles the battery endures. Every time it discharges, it loses part of its maximum charge.
Extend the life of your battery with a full cycle charge at least once a month. Discharge the battery to as close to 1% as you can, then charge it back to max. -

What are you talking about?
I'm just telling you the fact that lithium ion batteries don't care if they stay plugged in. They only lose capacity from discharge cycles. Nickel Cadmium batteries are the ones that are affected by being constantly plugged in.
My iPhone as a design capacity of 1420 mAh. It stays plugged up ALL DAY and never really discharges. My current max capacity is still 1370 mAh and it's two years old. My wife constantly let's hers run down. Her max cap is currently around 1100 mAh in the same time period.
