Are you in Midland? Monahans? .....

 

Midland, at Schlumberger, from what I see on Google Earth at the address they gave me. If you're doing a week in Dallas, that puts me in Midland a week before you. I'll try to stay out of your way.

 

Who are y'all hauling for? Max mahan is hauling our sand and they are staying busy.

 

Yes we are booming here at Pioneer.

 

I was wrong about 2 weeks in Dallas hrtbr8kr, it's one week, like yours, so I'll be in Midland on June 25th. Trouble looks like a place to live might cost me a bit much, if I can find any at all. SNI's picking up the hotel (I'm sure it will be nice, lol) for two weeks to give me time to look.

 

Glad to hear it! There is a guy who works with me and his son went to Pioneer and he is making some serious cash, although I do hear he works his butt off. The guy who trained me told me about some of the perks of working at Pioneer. I was only familiar with the company through their stock but glad to know companies who treat their workers well still exist.

 

Jhb: housing is hard to get here unless u buy. I've been here six months and will be getting into an apt June 30! And ya, no joke here, cost of living is high.... Cuz of the "oil boom". Give me a break!!! There's more ppl here now they are making more money already, y raise everything. I'll be in Dallas July 1st. Too bad u won't be there. Be nice to know someone there.... Kinda lol

 

I also put an app in with FFE and thier tank division in Odessa.

I'm looking into Odessa, but it's slim pickings in either town, if CL is any indication. I find a few, if you're willing to spend mightily to get one. Might have to just rent a room for a while.

 

From what i heard awhile back, you dont want to work there.But you can check into it.
