I doubt you sit anymore than I do, and the batteries last pretty well. You do get use to the auto start kicking in eventually. Use to scare the crap out of me when it started till I got use to it, now I have to look at my idle time to see if it started that night. I am still staying under my idle time even with all the siting and the hot temps I saw last couple of weeks

Thanks, good to know. My FM mentioned maybe reassigning me because she's a full condo with flatbed gear, (only one available at the time) but I'd rather fight tooth and nail to keep all the old tech under me. I get a solid nights sleep with the Tripac and the reefer going even in CS mode, but I suspect the engine firing up would drive me nuts.

It's not bad. If you do wake up it's just long enough to think "eh trucks on.." then back to the pillow.

my over idle at the moment with the deathstar on autostart idle is 36.45% and climbing.

i turn it all off at night and crack the windows. can't leave the autostart on as i have a slow air leak and after an hour the low air alarm goes on and stays on until the truck starts.

How is your idle so high if you aren't using autostart?

i am using it, but i have to get out of bed to turn it on when the batteries die. then it starts the truck and runs normally.

after it shuts the truck off i have to get out of bed again to turn it off, or the low air alarm comes off after an hour and keeps me awake.

i've been putting off getting the air leak fixed, but it's beginning to be a drag
