    I don't have first hand knowledge, but I did talk to one of their recruiters a while back. She told me that it is about a 4 week hiring process. Also, the majority of your pay does NOT come from mileage. It comes from unloading and pallet breakdown. At that time, they did have a pay guarantee. I don't know if that is still true.
