You really think that complaining to a message board is going to change anything? If you had the company come get the truck from a location other than the company's property, IT IS CONSIDERED ABANDONMENT. IF IT SHOWS ON YOUR DAC, GOOD LUCK GETTING A DECENT DRIVING JOB AFTER THAT SHOWS UP ON YOUR RECORD. Every single place i've worked for, including who i drive for now has it clearly stated in their policy, that if they have to recover the truck, and its not turned in on company property, they will take the cost of recovery out of your last paycheck. What part of that do you have trouble under standing? Ive worked for places that have screwed me over, but even then i didnt do something stupid like abandoning the truck, trailer, or load. If you have that much of a gripe against CF, contact a lawyer, labor board rep, or payroll dept.,Opening thread after thread about something you could've handled differently isnt going to help. YOU were the one who decided to park the truck at home and refuse to work instead of going to your company's office to work out the problem.

apparently you are reading the thread after thread or you would not be up to date on the posts that you are uptight regarding. why if you are so dead set against him posting/venting/sharing? merely curious.are you a moderator wannabe?

No, x1, # i didnt say he couldnt post, obviously you have trouble reading what i said, that starting up thread after thread on a message board isnt going to slve his problem. Try reading the whole thing before expressing your ignorance in thinking that i am telling someone what they can post.
