well at least you have learned that based on forums lots of people complain about all the companies
maybe you can find a match and make it through the process
it will be a roller coaster no matter where you go

I hope you're joking You might as well bend over and take it up the #####$$$ if you go to work for them and lease with them (as there will be no company trucks available lol)

When I started my driving career, I talked to alot of companies and went to work for Roehl Transport. I had my CDL but no over the road experience. I was with a trainer for 18 days, then teamed with another newbe for three weeks, then on my own. I figured I would get my experience with them then move on, I had no problem with Roehl and I was there 5 1/2 years, when I got the opportunity to run a dedicated route from a company in my hometown. If the opportunity hadn't come up I would probably still be at Roehl. The last I knew, they did have their own school, not sure of cost. Not sure if pets are allowed. Good Luck with wherever you decide, you will hear good and bad about all. Keep your record clean and a positive attitude. You are the one who can make it good or bad..
