When I turn on my truck and every light is off my voltage gauge is reading 14 volts. As son as I turn on my clearance light drops to 12 , headlights to 10 . Then my headlight will brighten up and gauge will read 12 volts. Then the light will dim and gauge back to 10 volts. It will do this on and off every 3-8 seconds and then sometimes it will stay on longer. Had my alternator checked and while my gauge reads 10 volts, my alt is at 14. What could be wrong? Thanks

Check the circuit breaker for a loose connection for the main cab feed its located on the inside left framerail next to the starter.check all the grounds there is a ground that runs from the left cab mount area to the starter make sure its tight
