A lot of it will have to do with how peculiar you are about your sleep position. If you're the sort who absolutely must be stretched out fully to sleep, you'll probably encounter some problems. I did fine in a Volvo VNL730, and I think I was able to lay out fairly straight.
wannabe here 6'4*. how tall and still able to sleep in tractor?

i am 6" 5' well maybe only 6" 4' now that i am 59. I have no problem sleeping in my 34" x 80" bunk. But I am not the best person to ask I have slept in boat bunks most of my life.
Not to be offensive but it isn't the most important thing you need to think about when choosing a career -
I'm 6'5" and stretch out completely even with a TV stand at my feet.

I am 6'4 . Was at 400 + . A mid roof will do, but a condo is prefered. Any inc or freightliner will be fine ! volvos and macks (same sleepers) you will want a 780 , any thing smaller is 6.4 from interior wall to interior wall. head tight and soles of feet flat in other side. As long as your school is approved by the carrier you want ( do it backwards, make list of carriers then see if your school is accepted.) Where is home ? Job choice can really steer you in if trucking is right for you. There are starting carriers and there are top notch carriers that have training programs. If you choose the correct fit your first job can be the one you retire from! Best of luck to you and all others in your shoes ! Ask questions (feel free to pm me ) , do lots of homework ( this site is great resource )

I'm between 6'0" and 6'5" depending which store I'm leaving and never had a problem in a Century, Cascadia or T660. I'm thinking about getting a foam mattress and looks I can fit up to about 85" in a T660. So plenty of room - extra long twin will fit perfectly.
