Can I Deduct Depreciation on a Lease-to-Own Semi Truck?

Does goverenment a&e loads go through menlo and all the brokers like regular goverenment fak? I been up to anniston army depot when they was loading ammo and seemed highly controlled from begin to end?

 

I have a personal loan offer from a bank in the mail,for up to 35,000. I would use the money to pay for a truck. My question is can I deduct the interest on the loan ? thanks Leasing a truck threw a 3rd party, is an option also, there prices are much higher tho.

A&E loads are specifically excluded from the Menlo contract and are not allowed to be either brokered or trip leased out. There are only about a dozen carriers authorized, by the DOD, to handle these loads. They are extremely controlled. I did them for 12 years.
