first question are you a pilot? ok unrelated item out of the way. will you be hauling water, mud, sand or ? in ND. have a friend of mine in williston now says it has slowed down a bit. also what work schedule have they offered. Some were offering 6days on 1 day off for 3 rotations and then 8 days off, this appealed to as i have not intention of moving from fl. This is strictly business like a deployment. I had considered doing ND but the cost of ND's winters out weighted the reduced pay in tx. I'll try tx first and hold off on the extreme weather clothing if possible. good luck

Has anyone heard if it is true that Sun Coast lost all their well contracts here in South Texas? From what I am hearing they lost out to Quality Carriers and layoffs may be on the way.

i still see them driving around here but i dont know if they lost their well contracts, wouldnt surprise me if they did, things change here all the time, even our company lost some contracts and its usually because of some other company lowering prices and hopefully things dont get out of hand and turn this scene out here to a big werner/swift fest......the oil field is changing and for the worse, yall better come and get some of this while its still good.

the other week, some ####### sun coast driver passed me on a tight road, i thought he was gonna drive into my hip pocket, then when he was a half mile ahead of me, i saw a cloud of white smoke, he locked him up coming to an intersection crossing 137.......when ever i drive south on 137, i always worry about a ####### just like that at a few of those intersections because they are tree lined and you cant really see who's coming the other way, he confirmed my fears, the other day somebody got killed in the same fashion on......you guessed it, 110/137.......people get killed on the road out here just about on a daily basis, its dangerous out here but its a blast too.

Honorable discharge. Like I said, I had orders to go to Army Recruiter school, (I must have really fouled up). It was the end of my enlistment, I did 8.5 years and wasn't planning on reenlisting, so they had me sign a bar.

I get paid by the hour so I'll lay down as many cones as they tell me to.
