Yes I have. Let me tell you that you should steer clear. There are some good people there. Unfortunately, none of them are in charge of anything. The owner is an angry, stubborn old man incapable of change. The head of all dispatch is an absolutely miserable old man who hates everyone and seems to hate life itself. His weasily little son is second in command. You better get used to sitting because that's what your'e going to do. They have no concept of pre-planning. They kiss the behind of a very small number of shippers, and the drivers pay the price. You will wait for that shipper because in most cases there is no other shipper in the area they service. They say they pay 25% of load. I cannot prove otherwise, but I highly doubt it. The major problem is sitting still, and excessive deadhead. It's routine to deadhead 400 miles. Not AT ALL uncommon to deadhead 800-1000 miles. I am NOT kidding. Oh, by the way you usually get paid about 9 cents a mile for deadhead. There is no Quallcomm, which is good. However, you have to call in everday and they literally talk to you like you are trespassing on their land. It's absurd. The equipment is decent, it is nice running out west, but overall it was my worst trucking job. (except for when I started out at Covenant) One of my last trips I sat in GA for 3 days waiting. Then took a load to Houston, deadheaded back to GA, sat 2 days waiting at same place. Finally got a load to IL, but the load had an extra day on it that I didn't need. Sat 24 hrs. at receiver waiting to unload. This whole scenario is NOT uncommon. I have never loathed a dispatch dept. like I did there. And NO, you cannot change dispatchers. I'm glad I have the pneumatic tanker experience now, but I am more glad it's OVER!

i worked for this company for two years and i can honestly say indiana man is not kidding. I have never worked for a more disorganized carrier than this one and i have almost twenty years pounding the asphalt. If you like downtime this is the one to go with, i didnt make over 35,000 in both years i was with these people, however on a more positive note they did give me a job when i really needed one and no one else would hire me

Sbatsun: Probably not supposed to be. Actually the guy who told you the spot was filled is one of the few good guys there. He's in a no-win situation trying to fill spots. The morons above him probably lost some freight and suddenly don't need the truck filled. I see where you live and if hired you would have been running mainly out of Bainbridge,GA terminal. It's all loads out of BASF in Attapulgus,GA. And that's a LOT of sitting around waiting ,believe me you don't want it. AND they stopped letting you take trucks home with you out of Bainbridge. So that's another problem. They did give me a job when I needed one, so I have to give them that, but that's all.
