From the online manual I found, it shows the 3 engine symbols you mentioned, Highflight.

You described the first two and the one without text written on it (according to the manual) is this:

Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL)
(amber)
Indicates an engine emissions-related fault, including, but not
limited to the aftertreatment system. See the engine​

I found the manual on Freighliner's site under parts. You can check it out if you like to see if it offers more info than the one they gave you with the truck.
