Thanks for all the responses... I plan on doing the research for the right company. I tend to agree that a smaller company is sometimes better. I will be looking for a good small carrier based out of columbus \ Hilliard , Ohio
thanks again everyone for the responses..
Be safe out there.....
Anything good to say

JB Hunt DCS Regional for me. Love my job, FM's are cool, paid well.
0 complaints. -
Im a O/O in minnesota intermodal, cant complain one bit, well other than 4 wheelers are insane here.
-
4-wheelers are insane everywhere. They don't have the skills we do, nor the experience, so I don't expect them to be as aware & safe as I am. It's all part of the job.

Original post makes no mention of "smaller company". That's what my post was in response to. -
Keep in mind that most truckers are more willing to gripe about a company than to write something good about them. Just the way the world turns. Don't base your career decision about what others have to say about a particular company. Do your research and decide for yourself which company is going to best suit your needs. Make yourself a list as to what is important to you when choosing a company and start combing the internet for companies that will best match this. Once you have narrowed it down to a couple dozen or so companies then start calling recruiters to get the finer details. You may also want to have a prepared list of questions to ask them.
Good luck...
