He got all upset because on his review, I didnt grade him the way he thought he should be graded. After Ive been out on my own, Id like to reevaluate him. Id give him even lower scores now.

Its nothing like bootcamp. However, there are ALOT of mind games being played for the 1st week. The securement and road training are great, no games, just alot of training. My total experience with orientation was its great. You will learn soooo much. I think they have orientation down to an art.

thanks blind, the only thing i am worried about is I am a big guy and I have heard that they dont like big guys in their trucks? when I say big i mean 6'4" 300 and wide as a dozer but i am not fat. Good I like the fact that they train you on how the want their equipment run and loaded, I hate companies that just go ok here you go heres the key see you in a week and then when #### fs up you get the boot

There were big guys that made through when I was there, including myself, 6ft,250lbs. As long as you can do the physical and driving parts without any problems you should be fine.
Just remember that while its not like boot camp it is a two week interview so be on you best and be professional. The hardest part for a big guy would be getting on the trailer from the side and pulling yourself up, practice it if you can before you go. Read up on the forums here, lots of great information from past and current drivers.
