Having been with a starter company more than a few times, and knowing how poor the pay is at the start, some would think that at least whom ever you work for would would do their best to keep A/C's and Heaters working well in all their trucks. With CRST for a short time in 2011, the cab temperature reached above 112* more than a few times. So what I'm saying is being payed well one might put up with some bad times, but poor pay with bad living conditions is, in my opinion, a complete waste of time.
