I suppose the ones who are feeling the same wy as me dont need a explanation of my title. Just wanted to say what happened to the good ol' days when the employer could look at you in a interview and say lets go for a road test. And if he wated to hire you he would, the days of being able to do the job and be willing to hustle and learn are all but over.Even the mills wont look at you if you have been away too long. Because insurance companies as well as the government rules and reigns the trucking company. They dont care if you are what you say and can do the job. you are not on paper. So what we have left to so is go spend thousands of dollars to re-up to make them happy. OR keep our class A which is a glorified B or C with no hopes of driving a 18 wheeler, any input??
out of the loop too long

Dumb people who will agree with anything the government says and then trys to spin it like its better now best part is its only going to get worse cause people who don't even want to drive are going to driving school and taking whatever job they get manufacturing has left this country and left many without jobs thanks to the government and epa so those unemployed decide they want to drive a truck and accept whatever is given to them and this is is what we have

Don't give up, try to mom and pop employers around you, some small companies will give an old school experienced hand a shot. Best of luck to ya.
