Im in school to get my class A and hazmat, and all endorsements, And im looking to locate to Texas, Dallas, Fort worth area. And im looking for a companies, or companies across the nation especially in the DFW area that will be willing to hire rookies with the endorsements, and they will train.. No experience.
or with just 6 months experience

Now lets make this dang near impossible, I got a buddy who wants to do the same as me.. but he has a felony in telephone Harassment. (yes, telephone harassment), and misdemeanors in criminal mischief form 10 years ago.. the felony is 2006. and he wants to get a beginners tanker job no otr experience also.

Is there a list of companies that will do that.. In fact if there are two lists, companies that take rookies.. and then companies that take rookies with previous felonies. I have a misdemeanor in 2010, but ive been free and clear since 2010. Excellent driving record, no DUI's ever in life. Non smoker, Drug Free, Responsible, and 30 years old.

Are there companies? I would like them to give me a letter of intent that they would hire me if my interviewing goes well.

Do you mean you want to work in the oil and gas fields or you want to haul oil or gas?

First off the odds of you hauling either are very slim to none with no prior experience.I know companies like Plains or Enterprise while not touch anyone unless they have at least 1 year, preferably 2 driving in oilfields.Companies like Sun Coast look for 6 months to a year.

As far as the felony goes for your friend that is a company by company decision. Most will state driver requirements on websites.

You may want to look at fluid hauling, winch truck or working with a frac company first to get experience.
