bubzokrex, I believe some of these accounts have received a lot of new hires in a short period of time. There are only so many drivers qualified to train the new hires so I suspect once they work through this cycle, Schneider will open the doors up again to new hires. I covered some of this in a new post today in the following thread...

hey nicholas_jordan
some say there is a lull in the action, which is it boom or slow? -
seems, as of yesterday, to have only been a few-days bubble in the creek - Reuters reported back over 100 barrel already so there was likely just some ....
we dont know but the lull is not deepwowo6057 Thanks this. -
My guess is we're going to see a slight decrease in the cost of Oil and a slow down in production between now and the up coming Presidential election. Then we should see things pick up again after the election. -
I have a question as to who would be willing to accept someone who has 1 year OTR ,but i do not have tanker exp and do not have twic as of yet, i can get my haz-mat, but i am really trying to find a company that will take a relatively new guy with no exp. Any suggestions would be great. I do not get alot of time to search while i am on the road.
