It is a bit over whelming but ...worth the ride so far.
I think it comes down to how bad you want it...
I have had my share of jobs, and realize that
my co workers can make or break a company work place.
So for me I am VERY motivated to make this work,
even know I am coming in to the job green, and will make my share
of mistakes and eat crow over them i am ready...
Ready to work at a place where you are more then a number
and you have not just good... but excellent co-workers you
    know the kind...
not just people that you know and have to go to functions
    with to keep up face.
But the ones you connect with and you want to go hang-out
at their houses lol them kind ...
This will be my little spot on the forum for those that are like
minded to chat with me and each other...
Look forward to meeting you all!
    and remember....
"Keep the greasy side down and the shiny side up! ;)

i like that but also i like that when prime drivers get around one another they are happy to see one another weather it be a honk or a wave with a smile and that back biting in the field is a minimal...from what i can tell during my stay at the inn or my visits to the home terminal everyone for the most part are friendly ...and informative explaining every thing... from who was where to how to get things you needed done...i had a really good time and learned a lot and am learning even more ...i had a feeling it would be like that from you guys here in chat ...thanks for all your help and guidance:)

Some folks you run across all the time, with other's you always seem to just miss or are passing by. Luck of the ol' dispatch wheel o' fortune.

I heard that some trucking companies don't allow their drivers to wave at anyone...
