I have come across this carrier and would like to know more if anyone has information for me? I have spoken with them but would like real world info/experience from anyone that has dealt with them. Are they a good company or so-so or should I just forget about them? What I would like to know is--
1. What is their operating area, how far north, east, west and south?
2. Do they haul freight that only requires straps or do they use chains as well i.e. steel?
3. Do they give you ample time to make your delivery or do they push you to the max?
4. Are you home for the majority of the weekend or just the 34 hr restart?
Thank you to the responders.

South Shore is a real small outfit and it might be kinda hard to gain info for a co. that size on here. Just curious, you live in Philly so why do you have interest in a co. in Sandusky, Oh. when there are so many other companies between Philly and Sandusky?

Where do you see that I live in Philly? I live in Pittsburgh.
I just thought I'd see what kinda of info, if any, that might be said about South Shore.

Ooooops!!! Sorry. For some reason I thought it said Philly. All I'm tryin to tell ya is there are far better flatbed outfits in your area. Try lookin into Ronald Gross, PI&I.
