Thats why Allen Lund puts in the contract that if they screw you then you have to come to their home town court. You know what's gona happen there. We have a very solid case against Allen Lund about not paying for the load we delivered for them last year. Load was delivered 100% promptly and our truck was held ridiculusly over 5 hours at P/U and over 7 hours at delivery. Their Bond did not help us instead told us to go back to them. We filed in the court after consulting many lawyers about file in a state other than the one in the contract. They said yes definitely, but some how they got the judge to say that it is out of her reach.

"pawnzie" is acceptable spelling considering you have to "pawn" everything you own to make those truck payments

Lol @ ppl actually thinking something will come of this. They'll pay some change in a out of court settlement at worst. Write it off at tax time and continue their lives.

 

Not even a bump in the road for CRE, I don't see what all the excitement is all about. They will probably get fined and where will they find the extra little bit of cash to pay that do you think? You think the owners and directors will lose any money? wake up.
