if it isn't on your mvr, how would that be a lie if you say your mvr is clean?

if they find it on your dac guess what its a lie... if your company says its an accident they put it on your dac if no police were involved it may not be on your MVR

so i have good accident then, this happen 4 years ago, this accident while i was in bed, go figure, this was in my personal car too, what happen i was in bed in my 2nd floor apt, when i heard a big boom, look out the window , back of my car was smashed in, then she almost tipped it over , bent both wheels on the right side against the curb, then went under my car, hit the honda in back and pushed that down the street and pushed back across the street into a house, and my ins guy said she did all this damage from a dead stop in her front yard, she started out on wet grass , wouldn't go and she gave it the gas too go and away she went , right across the street to my car, her husband just bought this new suv for her, and no damage too the suv ether, now would i have too list this if i fill out a driver apps too as it did not show up on my dac or dmv record or just pass it off

dac and mvr are two different things. im just saying if it wasnt wrote up on a mvr. you wont be liying. now if they ask whats on your dac then all bets are off.

    Reading the info provided,

    the company didn't use DAC.

OK, then, what is contained on his MVR is all that matters.

Looks like you might make out OK.

ok i have a quistion then i rolled a 18 wheeler in 05 , there no record on it anywear as i went too court and the judge threw it out of court, what happen was i pickup a load of scrap alum in the yard in a box trailer, it was sealed, and they wouldnt let break the seal ,so i could check too see how it was loaded ,so i argue with dispacth, just scrap get en go, so i did, got up too 39-90 exit, look in mirror right side , right side was catching air , i said o ch*******, i was even going super slow around the curve as i always do, then check left mirror , seen this big slab of alum came thru front of trailer , as i hang on , hang on wheel so tight it snapped the pin in the steering column and over she went after that , the judge listen too that , then called the dot tropper up , asked him about the sheer pin, yes that correct, then the driver had no control, yes that correct, then called my dispacther up , in the end of a long day , i walked out with a clean record intact as thew judge threw it out of court, so being a honest guy, i still have too put this on app even there no were mention i wouldn't feel right myself, still feel like i'm lieing if i don't.

If you were going "super slow" how did this "slab" of alum gain forward momentum and come through the front of your trailer?
