Is there any way to strap a motorcycle between a tractor trailer and truck?

    I'm guess no, and that this is a stupid question, but I figured I'd ask it. I'm just wondering if there are any alternative transportation methods for truckers once they're out of hours in whatever random place in the nation, or if it's just taxi or walking.

    I suppose you could put a scooter or similar on the catwalk behind the cab. Strapped tight, and locked, it should work.

    I stuffed my folding bike in my rack, fits just fine with the chains.

    I was told that is a DOT violation to have any cargo strapped to the catwalk.

    I go through scales with timbers strapped to my cat walk, not bothered about it. It was using bungee's to hold crap down that they'll pop you for.
